Connecting Mind and Body for Optimum Living

This is the foundation course in Meditation where you will acquire the knowledge and skills to start a regular meditation practice.

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

During this Meditation course you will learn:

  • What meditation is and what not.
  • The numerous benefits and of meditation.
  • How to relax the body and mind.
  • Different meditation techniques to start a practice.
  • The difference between mindfulness and meditation.
  • The importance of the breath in meditation.
  • How to apply meditation in your daily life.
