No. Beginners are welcome to attend. Our yoga teachers have years of experience and will guide you in your yoga practice.
Asolutely. Many participants attend on their own. The retreat is offered in a safe and secure environment.
Comfortable clothing, walking shoes, yoga mat and blanket, hat, sun protection, water bottle, journal, torch.
Registration starts on 11th December from 2pm Friday. The retreat offivially start at 4pm.
Approximately 3pm on Sunday 13th December.

Balance Payment
Due 45 days before retreat commencement.
Cancellation Policy
60+ days before retreat:
Full refund less administration fee.
30–59 days: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days:
No refund.
