The emphasis of the YTT Training is to understand the theory and practice of classical yoga postures. The postures will be taught with respect to correct spinal alignment, inner focus, and proper breathing.

The yoga training will focus on the foundational knowledge of the classical postures and develop an understanding of the principles of vinyasa, counterpose, and modification. This allows the student to develop as a teacher.
