The emphasis of the
YTT Training is to understand the theory and practice
of classical yoga postures. The postures will be taught with
respect to correct spinal alignment, inner focus, and proper
breathing.

The yoga training
will focus on the foundational knowledge of the classical
postures and develop an understanding of the principles
of vinyasa, counterpose, and modification. This
allows the student to develop as a teacher.

| The Yoga Teachers Training
(YTT) program intensive runs over 4 weeks. The training
facility where we host this yoga intensive is in the Western
Cape, South Africa. The retreat centre is in a tranquil
setting, surrounded by mountains and the sea close by.

interested in a career in Yoga Teaching or just to deepen
your personal practice - it is guarantee to be a life
changing experience!

Curriculum & Schedule
The YTT program focuses on classic hatha yoga postures
with emphasis on inner awareness and importance of breath
(Integral VinyasaYoga). The training provides a holistic
approach to yoga, combining hatha yoga instruction, meditation,
chanting, pranayama, anatomy and physiology:-

· learn the basics of the most important
yoga postures;
· learn how to modify the postures to suit your
goals and flexibility;
· experience the vital link between yoga postures
and meditation;
· explore the important topics of Raja yoga and
the yoga sutras of Patanjali;
· ensure a safer and deeper practice by learning
anatomy and physiology;
· spend 2-3 hours a day enjoying and absorbing
yourself into hatha yoga;
· learn to teach those with special needs: senior
citizens & children;
· develop confidence in your teaching skills;
· learn how to organise and present classes.

Certification Requirements
Certification (international recognition) is available
having met the following course requirements:
* attend all daily sessions;
* complete and pass written exams;
* complete and pass practical exams;
* complete practical training.

This Yoga training is according
to accepted international standards of a minimum of
200-hours.
