Mountains
The fully live-in venue is nestled in the valley between the Stellenbosch & Helderberg Mountain ranges amidst fynbos (natural indigenous vegetation) and vineyards. It offers amazing natural beauty and a welcome escape from the hustle, bustle and stress of city life.

This is the perfect place to indulge yourself in Nature whilst enjoying yoga.

This facility offers complete safety & security, warm, friendly & personal attention and service. It is a place of beauty and tranquillity and also offers amazing food.

Yoga Mandir ('Temple')
At the heart of the venue is this majestic room with the magnificent wood and brass door at the entrance and large windows framing a view of the valley. Natural light fills the room and French doors open out onto a lawn area.

Accommodation
All single bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and lead onto the grass courtyard with stunning views of the mountains. All rooms have work areas, heaters, hot blankets and percale linen. The bedrooms are close to nature with reed ceilings, terracotta tiles, wood and rattan headboards and cupboards, fresh flowers and natural colours.

Meals and Food

Dining Room

This place is known for great food which is prepared and presented with passion and style by the chefs. All pastries and breads are home-made daily. They have an herb garden and use an abundance of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables.

During the retreat vegetarian meals will be served with NO meat, fish or fowl. A soft-drink service is available at your expense. Depending on weather, participants eat in the garden, on the patio, or else in the intimate dinning room with the ambience of the log fires.
