Go deeper into your yoga practice. Two and half hours of immersing yourself in yoga - allowing yourself to grow into more advanced asanas and pranayama.

13 February 2010 : Yoga for the Core
Strechthening the abdominals; ending with New Moon meditation.
Time: 9h00 to 11h30 Cost: R220 R190 (not for beginners - unless indicated).

The Saturday Intensives are for you to experience a longer class that will take you deeper into the physical, mental and spiritual levels of being (inner peace and joy). Workshops start at 9h00 and end at 11h30 with hot tea/coffee and a healthy muffin.
