SMILEJ: Stress Mastery is Life EnhancingJ
This is the basic Wellness Program - it is a practical and individualised approach for minimising stress and creating the dynamic balance needed for optimum functioning. It teaches employees to understand the stressors in their lives, and to develop positive stress mastery techniques and lifestyle choices. By the end of this program, the participant will have learned a broad spectrum of major meditation techniques, and be able to implement these stress reducing practices in their daily work and life. Ongoing Wellness Sessions
One-hour weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly wellness sessions are offered to companies that want to provide ongoing facilitation to graduates of previous wellness programs. These classes help motivate your employees to maintain and use the mind-body wellness skills they have learned. Ongoing meditation sessions also provide a forum for your employees to relax and de-stress on a regular basis in the work environment.
