Ananda Sanga
means "Joyful Fellowship" in the ancient
language Sanskrit.
Ananda Sanga is situated in Somerset West,
a town approximately 40 km from Cape Town, South
Africa. Somerset West is in a basin surrounded
by mountains and the sea, the centre blends in with
the natural energies and tranquil surroundings.
Our Mission: To

education, training and research in the field of Yoga
and related disciplines.
